Warimpex announced that its subsidiary, which is delivering the Mogilska Office investment in Krakow, has signed a long-term lease agreement for a significant part of office space available in the building. The tenant is a reputable global company with a subsidiary in Krakow. The new tenant is planning to move into the building in Q1 2019.

I believe that leasing a major part of space at this stage is an indication of further possible agreements with subsequent tenants, which we will announce soon,” added Jurkowitsch.
Mogilska Office is a state-of-the-art A-class office building with commercial and services part on the ground floor, located at Mogilska Street in Krakow. The construction has already started and the works are going as planned. The construction is scheduled to complete in Q4 2018. The 8-floor building will include 12 000 sqm of space in total, whereas the 3-floor underground parking lot will provide places for 210 cars as well as bicycle racks, locker rooms and showers for cyclists.
