Bauer Publishing House chooses ZITA in Wroclaw

ZITA, an office property forming part of the Promenady Business Park in Wroclaw, has been chosen by yet another tenant – Bauer Media. Bauer, a publishing house, leased some 995 sqm for its Wroclaw branch. Knight Frank, sole agent, advised Vantage Development, the property owner, in the leasing process.

Fortum, HCL, Intrum, Qatar Airways, Signi, mFinance, Green or Impel are just some of the companies which selected Zita as their office destination,” said Marta Mądry, Leasing Manager at the Knight Frank office in Wroclaw.

Bauer is publishing house present in Poland since 1991. It publishes some of the most popular magazines in the country i.a. ‘Tele Tydzien’, ‘Twój Styl’, ‘Pani’, ‘Show’, ‘Życie na gorąco’, ‘Świat Wiedzy’, or ‘CD-Action’, as well as a number of thematic titles such as guide, TV, automotive, culinary, gardening and crosswords.

ZITA is the second office property completed within the Promenady Business Park, located in the vicinity of Wroclaw’s city centre. A modern office building, its major asset being flexibly-designed spaces, allowing made-to-measure arrangements and availability for both bigger and smaller tenants.
