Atrium to manage BW Residences

Atrium has been appointed by Belgrade Waterfront to manage BW Residences, the first residential building within Belgrade Waterfront, a large-scale urban city revitalization project, developed by Eagle Hills.

BW Residences is the first completed project of the Belgrade Waterfront scheme and it is setting a new standard of residential living in Serbia. Atrium was engaged to operate the building and to provide a service and amenity-driven management concept, which is focused on its residents and guests.

BW Residences offers 296 apartments, 18 retail units, 2 garage floors for residents and about 80 public garage parking spaces. The building features an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a kid’s playroom. Two elevated terraces offer an ideal place for relaxation and communication with other residents. Residents can use a newly developed app to report problems, request additional services and view and pay the monthly management bills by credit card.

Atrium was founded in 2005 by Roman Klott. Together with all other Atrium affiliates, the company has currently more than 100 employees and manages large-scale commercial and residential properties. The company is the only facility management company in the region, which has significant in-house experience in sustainability, LEED or BREEAM certifications, energy modelling and energy auditing. The company was also among the first to obtain a Serbian license for building management.

Atrium’s German background ensures that each endeavor, activity or engagement undertaken is considered a life-long responsibility, which is why Atrium considers itself to be the most reliable partner in the real estate industry in Serbia.
