KróLEWska to be managed by Colliers International

Colliers International is to manage the KróLEWska office building in the business heart of Warsaw. It is yet another office building in the city centre that the Colliers property management team has taken into its care this year.

KróLEWska is a small-scale office building at 18 Krolewska street in Warsaw, which offers approximately 6,000 sqm. It was designed and built by S+B Gruppe AG and the current owner is Generali Real Estate Fund CEE. With its attractive and prestigious location, good transport links and retail infrastructure nearby, as well as technical features of the highest quality, KróLEWska has been chosen by many renowned Polish and international organisations. The office space meets all the requirements of a modern AA class investment. Thanks to the latest technical solutions, the building has received an LEED GOLD certificate testifying to its ecological character.

“The group of prestigious properties that have joined the Colliers portfolio in 2018 has been growing consistently. This time, it has been enriched by the KróLEWska office building, belonging to Generali Real Estate Fund CEE. It is a boutique project requiring the best class of management. We are glad that this task has been assigned to our team,” says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, Director, Real Estate Management Services, Colliers International.

In the first half of the current year, Colliers International has taken over the management of many prestigious properties in Poland, including: CEDET and Europejski in Warsaw, Silver Tower Center and Green Day in Wroclaw and .KTW I in Katowice.
