Langowski Shipping leases warehouse space at Panattoni Park Pruszków

Langowski Shipping (LSH), a Polish company, which operates in the transport, shipping and logistics industries and also provides customs clearance services, has signed a lease agreement for 3,800 sqm of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Pruszków. Experts from JLL represented Langowski Shipping during the process of selecting a new warehouse location and the negotiation of lease terms.

Until now, Langowski Shipping has operated in warehouses located in Gdańsk and Gdynia. This latest investment supports its expansion and is a response to the expectations of the most demanding customers.

“Langowski Shipping chooses well-communicated warehouse projects that allows for the efficient distribution of goods. As part of the Panattoni Park Pruszków logistics park, the building which the company has moved into, has been adapted to the company’s needs, and what’s more – the location of the warehouse facilitates the effective logistics service for customers whose products, for various reasons, must be stored as close as possible to Warsaw. We are happy to continue our cooperation with Langowski Shipping, which we also advised on its development on the Tri-City market,” says Mateusz Iłowiecki, Senior Consultant, Industrial Department, JLL.

Panattoni Park Pruszków II is a project of three warehouses with a total area of 69,313 sqm, which will be constructed on a lot of approximately 91,500 sqm. These class A buildings will offer the highest quality of warehouse and office space, tailored to the needs of clients from a wide range of industries. Panattoni Park Pruszków is located at the “Pruszków” junction on the A2 motorway. This location supports the attractiveness of the warehouse, as it is a link for shipping and logistics to key Polish cities.
