Apsys takes over the management of Bonarka

NEPI Rockcastle, the owner of the Bonarka shopping and entertainment center in Krakow, entrusted the management of the facility to one of the leading operators on the shopping center sector – Apsys.

Bonarka is the fifth project from the Rockcastle NEPI portfolio to be managed by Apsys. After taking over the custody of the Krakow facility, the total area of 25 shopping centers managed by the company in the whole country increased to over 1.1 million sqm.

“We are glad that NEPI Rockcastle once again appreciated our many years of experience and high management standards entrusting us with the care of the Bonarka center. Apsys Polska currently manages various types of commercial facilities – from the largest and most modern ones in the country to slightly smaller centers in medium-sized cities. We approach each project individually and we always try to develop the best solutions that will meet the expectations of both the investor and customers visiting the center,” said Justyna Kur, vice president of Apsys Polska.

Bonarka will be the second Krakow shopping center in the Apsys portfolio. It is the largest shopping center in the capital of Lesser Poland. The center was opened at the end of 2009, and since 2016 its owner is NEPI Rockcastle.
