Catalina Office Center with a new tenant

Companies from the GEO group (GEO Renewables and GEO Solar), active in the renewable energy sector, will move into the Catalina Office Center in January 2019. They will take 970 sqm of office space. Knight Frank acted on behalf of Catalina Investment, the property owner, in the leasing process. Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant.

Catlina Office Center is one the best recognizable office properties in the district of Mokotow, located at the intersection of Pulawska and Gintrowskiego Streets (formerly Rzymowskiego Street). A nine-storey high glass shape of the building guarantees great lighting, and allows for an effective use of space. Catalina Office Center offers a total office leasing space of 14,000 sqm with 282 parking lots and spacious conference rooms.

A tram terminal and bus stops are located right next to Catalina Office Center. The approach of the property owner who treats the working comfort of the tenants as a top priority results in the edifice’s areas being taken up in almost 100 percent.
