Primark expanding to Slovenia in 2019

Primark, an Irish clothing and accessories retailer owned by Associated British Foods plc, announced that it will enter the Slovenian market in 2019. The company’s first store will open in Citypark shopping center in Ljubljana.

Primark is currently recruiting staff for its upcoming store opening in Slovenia, and has various positions advertised on its website.

The arrival of this major fashion giant will increase the competition on the Slovenian market, which continues to attract new international retailers, such as the LPP Group (the owners of the fashion brand RESERVED) and the British cosmetics and skincare retailer The Body Shop.
