Promenada Novi Sad, the largest shopping center in Serbia located on the corner of Bulevar Oslobođenja and Cara Lazara streets, will officially open its doors to the public on the 15th of December.
The opening ceremony will start at 12:00h and will include a diverse entertainment program featuring musical performances, animators and a Photo booth corner.
Promenada Novi Sad is developed by NEPI Rockcastle, and represents an investment of €128 million for the first phase of development. The mall will occupy a total area of 150,000 sqm, of which 48,000 sqm will be rentable space. With its construction, the shopping center supply in Serbia will be expanded by 25 percent.
In line with the latest shopping center trends, Promenada Novi Sad will offer a diverse blend of leisure and entertainment retailers. The Center is currently working on the construction of three basketball courts and is also investing in enhancing the nearby public space around the property.
Announced as the project that will redefine the retail scene of Novi Sad and the Vojvodina region, the mall will house around 150 tenants under one roof, including Inditex brands (Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Zara Home, Oysho, Pull & Bear) and LPP’s brands Mohito, Sinsay and RESERVED.
Other major tenants will include LC Waikiki, Fashion Company, Sportina, Intersport, Sport Vision, Jungle baby, Dexy Co Kids and Pertini. In addition, Promenada Novi Sad will also offer an Univerexport supermarket and the most modern Cineplexx multiplex cinema.
To complement its retail offering, the shopping center will also provide a wide selection of coffee shops and restaurants such as Loft, Walter, Brunch, Modena and various others.
