Generali Real Estate has acquired Senatorska 18A in Warsaw from the Austrian development group S+B Gruppe AG. The buyer was advised by Colliers International during the contract negotiation.
Senatorska 18A is located in a reconstructed tenement house in the centre of Warsaw, nearby the Grand Theater and the Jabłonowski Palace. It was built in 1997 as part of the reconstructed north frontage of Teatralny Square. The building has good transport links, including the first metro line (Ratusz-Arsenał station) and numerous bus and tram stops at Bankowy Square and Solidarności Avenue. The total leasable area of the five-storey building is 17,700 sqm.
