ARVAL BNP Paribas Group – a specialist in the field of vehicle leasing – has extended its lease of office space in the Ethos House building in Bucharest. The dynamic growth of the company has resulted not only in extending the period of the lease but also in extending the office space to over 1,650 sqm. The transaction was supported by advisors from the Office Agency in BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania.
ARVAL BNP Paribas Group has moved into the Ethos House 4 years ago. In the recent years, the company has developed significantly, providing complex services in the Car Fleet Management industry. The increase in the number of employees has resulted in a need of additional office space. Due to its great location and high standard of Ethos House, the company saw fit to expand its offices in the same facility.
The negotiations on extending and expanding the lease of the previous office space were supported by experts from the Office Agency of BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania. It is through their knowledge and commitment that the talks have proven successful. The new agreement has been signed for a period of five years. For the purpose of its business activities, ARVAL BNP Paribas Group shall lease a total space of 1657 square meters in the Floreasca office corridor.
