University Business Center II has a new tenant

Nexio Management, an IT consulting company, leased nearly 800 sqm of office space at University Business Center II. Knight Frank’s Landlord Representation experts advised the building’s landlord, Atenor.

Nexio Management is a Polish IT consultancy company specialising in the deployment and integration of systems for the telecom and financial sector as well as IT outsourcing and proprietary customized solutions.

University Business Center II is a 12-storey office building located at the junction of Mokotów district’s major thoroughfares, Puławska and Rzymowskiego. Its location allows easy access from the city center both by municipal and own transport. One of the largest and most popular malls in Warsaw, Galeria Mokotów, is located nearby. The building’s leasable floor area totals 19,600 sqm.

Atenor is a Belgian real estate development company listed on the continuous market of Euronext Brussels. Atenor develops large-scale real estate projects that meet strict criteria in terms of location, urban planning, economic effectiveness and respect for the environment. Atenor is currently present with 25 projects in 8 European countries, with a ground surface area of approximately 920,000 sqm. These projects are located in Brussels, in Wallonia and in Flanders (Belgium), in Luxembourg, in Paris Region (France), in Lisbon (Portugal), in Düsseldorf (Germany), in Warsaw (Poland), in Budapest (Hungary), and in Bucharest (Romania). Following its successes on the Hungarian and Romanian markets, the company launched its first project in Warsaw in 2018. Its Polish portfolio comprises two buildings which are part of the University Business Center office complex of a total area approximating 32,000 sqm acquired by the company and intended for complete reconstruction.
