7R invests in Central Poland

7R acquired 7 hectares of land for its’ new project – 7R Park Łódź West. The developer purchased a plot at Inwestycyjna street in Konstantynów Łódzki, only 200 m away from the brand new West S14 ring road connecting the A2 motorway with the S8 motorway. The new industrial facility will comprise of two buildings totalling of 32 000 sqm. 7R Park Łódź West is the developer’s second project in Łódź region together with 7R City Flex Łódź I.

CBRE Poland was advising in the land acquisition process.

“Looking at the high demand for warehouse space in Central Poland, we have decided to grow our portfolio in this region. The project in Konstantynów Łódzki is already benefitting from the access to the brand new S14 West ring road. 7R Park Łódź West location is ideal for national and international distribution,” commented Bartłomiej Krawiecki, 7R SA Board Member.

7R Park Łódź West will benefit from easy access to Łódź International Airport which is only 5 km away. Such location enables easy access to land and air transportation, it also enables easy access to Łódź city centre which is only 9 km away from the park.
