Double success for TriGranit at the International Finance Awards 2019

TriGranit has been honoured with two prestigious awards at this year’s International Finance Awards. The company received the remarkable “Best Real Estate Development Company – Hungary” award and the “Best Commercial Project” award for its Bonarka for Business development in Krakow.

The International Finance Awards recognise industry talent, leadership skills, industry net worth and capability on an international platform in the fields of real estate, banking and insurance.

TriGranit received the “Best Commercial Project” award for its Polish development, the Bonarka for Business (B4B) office complex in Krakow, which has become one of Krakow’s most popular office complexes. The eight buildings, providing 75,000 sqm GLA to tenants, are already operating, while the construction launch of the next building (I) is under preparation. Ultimately, Bonarka for Business will offer altogether 10 office buildings with a total leasable area of 95,000 sqm with a value of EUR 200 million.

For its long-term success in developing quality real estate projects all over the region and turning neglected brownfield areas into vibrant city districts, the company also received the noteworthy “Best Real Estate Company” award. “We are very proud of these recent awards recognizing our commitment to excellent real estate developments.
