Banqsoft remains in BCB Business Park

Banqsoft, a global provider of financial and banking software, has reselected BCB Business Park in Gdańsk for its head office. The company extended its lease and upsized its office to 1,600 sqm to be handed over for occupancy following its adaptation in February 2020. Banqsoft was advised in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.

“We have been a trusted partner to Banqsoft for many years, as evidenced by lease renegotiation on which we acted. Banqsoft decided to upsize its office in BCB Business Park as it values the location of this business complex in Gdańsk,” said Daria Zagożdżon-Dembicka, Negotiator, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.

Banqsoft offers financial services to retail customers, retail banking solutions and financial software. It has more than 200 employees in offices in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Poland. Banqsoft was established in 1994 and has ever since been focused on innovation and business development to give customers new business opportunities and thereby a competitive advantage.

BCB Business Park is a business centre in Gdańsk-Rębiechowo, in the immediate neighbourhood of Lech Wałęsa Airport, within an approximately 20-minute drive from the city centre. At full build out, the project will offer approximately 50,000 sqm of class A office space.
