Logoplaste to open factory in Gorzów

Logoplaste, a global value-added service provider and producer of rigid plastic packaging for many well-known global consumer companies, has leased 3,700 sqm of space in Panattoni Park Gorzów warehouse park. Experts from JLL advised Logoplaste on the negotiation of lease terms.

Logoplaste has 70 sites in 16 countries and employs more than 2,300 people. The company is also rapidly expanding in Poland.

“Our new site in Gorzów Wielkopolski reinforces Logoplaste Polska’s presence in the country and it is a great opportunity for us and our clients, serving as an important hub,” said Gerardo Chiaia, Logoplaste’s CEO.

“The choice of a warehouse park in Gorzów will allow for the possibility of providing effective services to Western markets. Moreover, the local labour market will allow our client to meet its required recruitment goals. Panattoni’s experience with similar investments and the support of the company’s team in preparing space for Logoplaste were also very important,” Klaudia Dąbroś, Consultant at Industrial Agency, JLL

Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski is the developer’s next project in Lubuskie Voivodeship and the first multi-tenant facility in Gorzów. The investment offers two modern A-class buildings with a total area of over 69,000 sqm The park is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, while its location near a railway line as well as a junction on the S3 expressway guarantees excellent connections with the most important markets in both Poland and abroad.
