Linklaters has advised NIAM, a leading Swedish real estate private equity firm on the sale of Silesia Business Park A and B located in Katowice. The buyer was Philippine investor ISOC Group, represented in Poland by Augusta Cracovia.
Silesia Business Park A and B are a part of the four-building complex with a total area of 48 740 sqm. Each of the A and B buildings have over 12,000 sqm of office space and meets the highest quality and safety standards, awarded with the prestigious international LEED certificate. The complex is located in a close distance to Katowicka Street, one of the main thoroughfares in the city and to the Silesia City Center, the largest shopping centre in Silesia. The facility is in an approximately 30-kilometre distance from the international Katowice Airport.
In December 2018, ISOC Group acquired buildings C and D in the Silesia Business Park complex from Skanska.
