Blackjack concludes commercialization of Sportowa Centrum in Gdynia

Closed in June 2020, the 21st deal in the Sportowa Centrum office complex concluded the process of C building’s commercialization. Knight Frank was the sole agent responsible for supporting the facility’s owner, Sportowa Centrum, in negotiations.

“Signing the last agreement for the lease of a small 110-sqm office module, which was very important from the perspective of advising the owner, concludes the process of C building’s commercialization. Over the past two years, our team has signed a total of 21 agreements which have been negotiated or renegotiated. Tenants include representatives of different sectors such as logistics, technological, energy and maritime,” comments Joanna Gomułkiewicz, Leasing Manager at Knight Frank.

The Sportowa Centrum complex comprises three office buildings of an area of 6,200 sqm located in the vicinity of Gdyńskie Centrum Sportu (Gdynia Sports Center) with playing fields and sports arenas. Recognized as Gdynia’s business centre due to numerous office buildings.

The C building offers nearly 3,500 sqm of office space with two-level underground parking lots. Based on architectural design, the facility’s characteristic shape is a reference to the city’s maritime vibe. The office building’s top floor houses a spacious terrace that allows to catch a breath and relax.
