Savills has been appointed sole letting agent for office space in Eximius Park, an office complex on the outskirts of Krakow. The buildings of the complex have been upgraded since they changed hands and are now ready to welcome new tenants seeking an atmosphere of a modern and green office campus reminiscent of the world’s largest technological hubs.
Eximius Park is located in Zabierzów, 12 km from the centre of Krakow and just 5 km from Krakow Airport. In addition to being easily accessible by car and train, it also provides ample car parking spaces. There is a railway station located at the site and it takes only 20 minutes to reach the city by train. Free shuttle bus services are also available to the employees of companies based at the complex.
Built-in 2007-2009, Eximius Park was the first modern office park in the Krakow region. Its four buildings with a total area of 50,000 sqm were acquired by First Property Group, a UK property fund manager and investor, three years ago. The new owner renamed the complex and made many investments such as a comprehensive refurbishment of common areas, including the reception areas, and re-landscaping of the property.
Eximius Park provides a vast array of amenities for tenants such as a well-lit multisport pitch for playing basketball or football, a fitness club, two lunch bars and new food trucks every day. Its other key strengths include a lake and lots of greenery around the buildings, as well as its quiet location away from the bustle of the city. Kindergarten and coworking space for smaller companies and start-ups are also being planned.
