Paweł Zieliński joins MLP Group

MLP Group, a leading developer on the European warehouse property market, strengthens its team responsible for commercialisation of logistics parks. Paweł Zieliński will be appointed to the position of Leasing Manager in early August 2020, will be in charge of leasing warehouse space in Upper and Lower Silesia.

MLP Group has bolstered its commercial space leasing department. Paweł Zieliński will join the sales team as Leasing Manager. At MLP Group, he will be in charge of commercialisation of the logistics parks in Upper and Lower Silesia.

Paweł Zieliński has more than 19 years of experience in the commercial property market in Silesia. His track record includes lease and sale of more than 250,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. Before joining the MLP Group team, he worked for Optirem, where he was Managing Director for 12 years. His responsibilities included managing warehouse and office space and acquiring new tenants. He has also worked for Maksimum, where his speciality was the commercialisation of projects and space and finding a property to buy. He was also responsible for negotiating the terms of lease and sale contracts. He started his professional career at Opal. Paweł Zieliński is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. He has completed a course in property management and received the Estate Agent State Licence.

The developer is gradually strengthening its position in Europe, focusing on Poland’s key regions. Silesia fully meets the criteria. The progress that the Silesian agglomeration has seen over the recent years, including in transport infrastructure and human resources, attracts investors. Thanks to their attractive locations, MLP Group parks are very popular among prospective and current tenants.
