11,000 sqm for Delta Packaging at Panattoni Park Gliwice II – EuropaProperty

Panattoni Europe has launched the construction of a build-to-suit (BTS) facility for manufacturing purposes again. This time the customer is a Northern Irish supplier of packaging for products ranging from ice cream to consumer electronics – Delta Packaging.

The facility, totalling 10,559 sqm of space, with a storage and manufacturing section accounting for 9,684 sqm and office space of 875 sqm will be built at the developer’s existing park – Panattoni Park Gliwice II, which lies within the Katowice Special Economic Zone – Gliwice Subzone.

Project completion is anticipated in mid-June 2015.
