Slovak developer completes first project in Slovenia
Developer Corwin has finished the residential complex Kvartet in Ljubljana. The first foreign project of a Slovak developer in Slovenia has obtained a valid building use approval and is almost completely sold out.
Corwin began the construction of four Kvartet residential towers with 236 one-to-four-room apartments on 16 floors in the summer of 2020. The Slovenian architect Špela Videčnik was responsible for the design of the project.
“The Kvartet offers city life with a touch of nature,” explains project manager Tomaž Cirkvenčič.
Panattoni hands over warehouse near Tricity
Panattoni has just handed over the first building in the Panattoni Park Tricity East V complex, near the Port of Gdańsk. Regesta is to start operations in the building. Panattoni Park Tricity East V is to undergo BREEAM certification for a rating of Excellent and is to be fitted with water- and energy-saving solutions – including, among other things wellbeing users.

LCube expands land bank in Poland
LCube is focusing on strengthening its portfolio in the Polish warehouse market. In 2024 LCube has projects planned with a potential of 100,000 sqm and has secured additional land of about 65 hectares, which will enable the construction of another 300,000 sqm of warehouse space.
“We are convinced that we are nearing an interesting and pivotal moment for the entire warehouse industry, mainly due to the interest in our market from investors, including those from abroad,” says Adrian Biesaga, LCube Management Board Member.
“Projections suggest that Poland stands to gain considerably from the relocation of more companies in the coming years,” adds Michal Stachura from LCube’s Management Board.
Hybrid working solutions provider IWG is expanding its portfolio in Hungary
