The 3rd Annual Baltic Sea Region Real Estate Awards honoured outstanding achievements and innovations in the region’s real estate and property sectors, recognising excellence across various categories that are shaping the future of the built environment.
Among the prestigious awards, New Work was named Professional Service Provider, while Apa Via was recognised as the Architectural Firm of the Year. Harden Construction earned the title of Construction Firm of the Year, and Gleeds was acknowledged for excellence in Project Management. Apsys was awarded the leading Property Management Firm, and workcloud24 was celebrated for its innovative contributions to PropTech.
In the legal and advisory sectors, Dentons received the Law Firm of the Year award, and ITRA Poland was named the best Agency. Lords LB Asset Management distinguished itself with the Asset Management Firm award for exceptional financial stewardship.
One of the standout transactions recognized this year was INVESTIKA’s acquisition of five industrial parks from 7R in Poland, earning it the Investment Deal award, along with the title of Investor of the Year.

- Future Project of the Year: Olivia Pulse by Olivia Home
Additionally, the Lifestyle Award for Brand Experience was presented to Rituals, and Vision Express was recognized as the top Retailer of the Year.
The Professional of the Year award was bestowed upon Robert Dudzinski of Newgate Investment for his exceptional leadership and contributions to the industry.
These awards reflect a vibrant and forward-thinking property sector that continues to drive innovation, sustainability, and excellence across the Baltic Sea Region.
