7R expands into Silesia – EuropaProperty

7R started a new investment in Silesia. 7R Park Sosnowiec will consist of three buildings totalling 23,000 sqm.

7R Park Sosnowiec, comprising of three A-class buildings is located in the industrial part of the city, directly at the S1 expressway, only a few kilometres away from the A1 motorway. Its location, exactly in the centre of Silesian agglomeration, ensures access to urban infrastructure and qualified labour.

The completion of 7R Park Sosnowiec is planned for the third quarter of 2019 and the general contractor appointed for the construction works is Atlas Ward.

“7R Park Sosnowiec is another of our developments in Silesia. We observe a significant investment potential in this region and we are planning further projects for companies that want to open their branches here. Also because of a growing number of our customers operating from Silesia, we have decided to open 7R’s fourth office here,” says Maciej Krawiecki, 7R’s Leasing Director.

7R Park Sosnowiec is fully flexible and can be arranged as a standard industrial space, state-of-the-art office facility or light production. The first tenant for 7R Park Sosnowiec is a logistics operator which will occupy a BTS facility with a total space of 10,000 sqm.

Environmentally friendly solutions like LED lighting or radiant heaters will be implemented in all buildings in 7R Park Sosnowiec. Fire resistance in all three facilities will be raised up to 4,000 MJ/mkw. Thanks to all these solutions 7R Park Sosnowiec is BREEAM certified.
