7R is ready to start its first Czechia project

Having secured the necessary building permit, the 7R Group is set to launch its first warehouse development in the Czech Republic. Strategically located along the Prague-Brno connecting road, 7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway boasts prime visibility and accessibility, making it an ideal rental opportunity. The value of the investment is over 30 million.

“Our inaugural project in the Czech Republic marks a significant milestone following years of exponential growth in Poland. We have just obtained a building permit for the first facility. In Poland, we have completed over 100 facilities with a total area of 1.8 million sqm. The planned completion date for the project is Q3 2025.
