7R strengthens its Leasing Department – EuropaProperty

Due to dynamic growth, Mateusz Gierka has joined the 7R team as Leasing Manager.

Mateusz Gireka will be responsible for Silesian projects. He has 8 years of experience in real estate and has been working with CBRE as a Property Negotiator prior to joining 7R. While working with CBRE Mateusz has been responsible for leasing industrial and logistic space in Silesia and South-East Poland. He has been involved in logistics and production projects. Before CBRE he has gained experience with a private investor in Silesia where he has been responsible for the leasing of industrial, office and retail space.

“A growing number of projects across the whole of Poland resulted in larger Leasing Team. In order for us to be even more efficient and to answer the needs of customers better, we have decided to hire a new Leasing Manager. Mateusz will be based in our new office in Sosnowiec which is crucial considering our plans for further expansion in Silesia. Being close to our current and potential customers will enable us to respond even faster to their changing needs.
