7R to start another project in Warsaw – EuropaProperty

7R is launching 7R Park Warsaw West I, it is the developer’s second project in the Mazovian district this year.

7R Park Warsaw West I will consist of two A class facilities totalling 16,500 sqm. The first building with GLA of 9,200 sqm has already been leased to one of the largest logistics companies in the country specialising in courier services.

“Just as we announced last year, we continue our dynamic growth throughout Poland and are now developing nine locations at the same time. Warsaw is a very important market for us and we are very pleased that we have managed to start two projects here – 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I and 7R Park Warsaw West I,”says Bartłomiej Krawiecki, 7R SA Board Member.

Undoubtedly one of the main assets of this project is its’ location within the city boundaries, 19 km away from the centre. It is located at Poznańska street, close to Bronisze – the biggest wholesale market in Poland and a retail park. The city location enables easy access to roads infrastructure and public transport and makes it very convenient for employees. Additionally, with the development of the second line of the underground in Warsaw, a metro station Mory is planned only two km away from 7R Park Warsaw West I. Also A2 motorway and S8 expressway, the two arterial roads, are in close vicinity from the park.

The buildings have been designed to accommodate standard warehouse space as well as light production.

With the environmentally conscious solutions, such as LED light, 7R Park Warsaw West I, is BREEAM certified.
