Fincores Business Solutions (a company of RUCH S.A. in restructuring) has extended its office lease at the Francuska Office Centre in Katowice, Silesia. The tenant was represented by global tenant-only real estate advisory firm Cresa.
Fincores Business Solutions runs financial and accounting operations in its Katowice office for the whole RUCH S.A. in restructuring Group. It has extended its 627 sqm lease at the Francuska Office Centre, which was delivered to the market in 2010 and consists of two office buildings with a total leasable area of more than 21,000 sqm. The owner of the office complex is GTC.
“We are one of the first tenants of this office building. We are pleased to have obtained very good lease conditions through renegotiations. Key strengths of our head office are its location and fit-out standard,” says Cezary Troć, Head of Administration, RUCH S.A. in restructuring.
Cresa is strongly focused on its regional growth across Poland. Within just one year it opened four regional offices in Wrocław, Tricity, Łódź and Krakow in addition to its Warsaw headquarters. In June 2018, Agnieszka Żygieło was promoted to Regional Coordinator with responsibility for supporting agents in local offices and lease negotiations in other regional cities.
“I am pleased that I can be close to tenants in regional cities, which helps us better support clients such as Fincores Business Solutions of RUCH S.A. in restructuring. Silesia is an emerging office market, but it attracts a growing number of BPO/SSC tenants thanks to its first-rate universities and a high-skilled labour pool,” says Agnieszka Żygieło, Regional Coordinator, Office Department, Cresa Poland.
