Heilind, a global distributor of connectors, relays and terminal blocks, has leased around 4,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Hillwood Mysłowice, a conveniently located industrial park with easy access to the A4 motorway. The lease transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
Heilind, which remains committed to its motto “Heilind – Distribution As It Should Be”, is a distributor of interconnect products, relays, sensors, switches, thermal management and circuit protection products, terminal blocks, wire and cable, wiring accessories, and insulation and identification products.
“Hillwood Mysłowice, which enjoys easy access to Poland’s main national roads, is a prime location for transport to Polish and international markets. We are confident that the facility tailored to Heilind’s special requirements will meet our client’s expectations regarding electronics warehousing and storage. We are delighted that Cushman & Wakefield acted on this transaction,” comments Konrad Jacewicz, Associate, Industrial & Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
Hillwood, the owner of Hillwood Mysłowice, develops modern logistics and industrial centres for lease, including BTS (built-to-suit) projects. The space leased by Heilind Polska is located within a radius of just under 2.5 km from the A4 motorway and just under 5.5 km from the S1 expressway.
“We would like to thank Heilind Electronics Europe for its trust and the advisers of Cushman & Wakefield for our successful cooperation. Upper Silesia is the second-largest and most important logistics market in Poland, just after Warsaw. It saw close to 1.2 million sqm of modern industrial and warehouse space leased in the whole of 2021. Benefiting from its prime location and road connections, Silesia is attracting strong levels of interest from retailers and manufacturers, as well as logistics, automotive and e-commerce companies,” says Magdalena Ostrowska, Leasing Manager, Hillwood Polska.
