ABC Data signs lease renewals with Hines – EuropaProperty

Hines, the international real estate firm, has announced ABC Data has signed lease renewals at Distribution Park Annopol and Distribution Park Sosnowiec. The agreements cover nearly 38,000 sqm of warehouse and office space.

ABC Data S.A. is a leading company on the IT distribution market in Poland and a key player in Central Europe. The lease agreement at DP Annopol was extended for five years and covers 21,574 sqm of warehouse space and 2,565 square meters of office space. In addition, in order to meet the tenant’s demand, Hines decided to expand the existing facility by an additional 1,700 square meters of office space. The lease agreement at DP Sosnowiec was extended for four years and covers 11,545 sqm of warehouse space and 536 square meters of office space.

At both distribution parks, we offered ABC Data flexible solutions tailored to suit the tenant’s current needs and decided to expand or alter our parks.
