Accolade, an international investor in industrial real estate, has launched a new project in Poland. The modern industrial park has a planned area of 76,000 sqm and an investment value of over €60 million. It will be located on the Polish western border, along the S3 road and right next to the A2 highway junction.

Sulechów is another point on the map, completing this portfolio.

The industrial park will be located in Sulechów within Nowy Świat Special Economic Zone. Three buildings are planned with a total surface: 76,000 sqm, on a plot of 154,000 sqm. The value of the investment is over €60 million. The construction works will start in the first half of 2022.
