Accolade has secured financing for one of its key developments in Eastern Poland. Bank Pekao S.A. granted the company a €24 million development loan, which will fund the construction of the Białystok III project – a modern warehouse facility spanning 34,000 sqm, of which 66 percent is already leased.
Białystok III is one of five new projects Accolade is developing in the second half of 2025. The upcoming facility will be the company’s third park in the Białystok metropolitan area, bringing Accolade’s total footprint in the region to over 110,000 sqm, making it one of the most significant logistics hubs in the investor’s portfolio. The project is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2026 and has already attracted tenants from the e-commerce, retail, and logistics sectors during the construction phase.
“Białystok is one of the fastest-growing logistics markets in Eastern Poland, and the Choroszcz park is another step in implementing our strategy in this part of the country. Securing financing from Bank Pekao S.A. confirms the project’s stability and the financial sector’s trust in our long-term strategy of investing in smaller, yet high-potential locations. We are pleased that such a large portion of the space has been leased already during construction – it sends a strong signal to the market,” says Jakub Leszczyński, Transaction Director at Accolade Poland.
The Choroszcz investment will strengthen Białystok’s position as a leading regional logistics centre. The project will increase the availability of modern warehouse space for companies expanding in the region, create new jobs, and stimulate the local economy. Accolade’s existing presence in the region has already facilitated nearly 1,300 jobs, and the new project will pave the way for even more.
“Bank Pekao S.A. actively supports the development of modern warehouse and logistics infrastructure in Poland by financing strategic projects in key regional markets. The loan for the Białystok III project is another example of our commitment to creating innovative business spaces that foster economic growth and strengthen regional positions. We thank Accolade for another successful collaboration, which reinforces our long-term relationship and our readiness to continue developing it,” says Adam Łuciuk, Head of Commercial Real Estate Financing at Bank Pekao S.A.
The Białystok III project is part of a broader Accolade investment program, which includes the construction of five new facilities in cities such as Szczecin, Kielce, and Białystok. All projects are expected to be completed by mid-2026, adding nearly 100,000 sqm of modern warehouse space to the market.
