Advantech leases warehouse space at Ideal Idea Park III – EuropaProperty

Ideal Idea, a company specializing in developing office and warehouse projects in a Small Business Units (SBU) format, has signed a lease with Advantech Poland, a producer of innovative industrial computers, medical devices and embedded systems. The company’s products are used in industry, energy, transport and medicine.

The firm’s corporate headquarters for Central and Eastern Europe, a training centre, and a service and distribution centre will be located at the new facility. The building will be equipped with an a building management system and an Advantech energy management system. allowing for the reduction of costs and increasing comfort.

The new tenant will occupy three modules; including 940 sqm of office space, 600 sqm service space and 940 sqm warehouse space, comprising 2,470 sqm in total.

The planned transfer of the space is the beginning of April 2015.

The negotiations were undertaken by Sharman Church Chartered Surveyors, an independent commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in Poland and the CEE region.
