Aldesa Polska has decided to change its address within the Warsaw office complex myhive Mokotów, which is owned and managed by the CPI Property Group. The new office of the provider of road infrastructure solutions and industrial project contractors will occupy approximately 1,450 sqm in myhive Mokotów One. The tenant was advised during the transaction process by Savills while the landlord was represented by CBRE.
Aldesa is an international subsidiary of the Spanish construction company Grupo Aldesa, which was founded in Madrid in 1969. Aldesa will move its office from the 3rd floor of myhive Mokotów Two to the 10th floor of myhive Mokotów One. It also decided to expand its office occupancy by taking nearly 200 sqm more. The tenant was advised on the transaction by international real estate advisory firm Savills.
“The main driver behind the decision to relocate but to stay within the myhive complex was to improve the office standard without having to move far. The new office space with a reconfigured functional layout on the top floor of the building is perfectly aligned with several changes taking place within the organisation and meets the needs of the company’s employees and expectations of future candidates regarding a modern and comfortable workplace,” says Karol Grejbus, Associate Director, Tenant Representation, Savills.
myHive Mokotów One offers 20,600 sqm of office space spread over 13 floors. The building has been BREEAM In-Use ‘Very Good’ certified. It is part of the CPI Property Group’s Warsaw portfolio comprising 24 office buildings with a total area exceeding 560,000 sqm and valued at €1.7 billion. CPIPG has taken over the property management of all its buildings.
