Alektum, a debt collection company, has leased 900 sqm in the Bema Plaza building in Wrocław. As part of the concluded agreement on the part of the lessor, there is also a fit-out of the space. The advisory company, JLL, is responsible for the commercialisation of the building.
Alektum is a Swedish-based, family-owned company founded in 1992. The company is present in 15 European markets and has more than 650 employees. It specialises in corporate finance solutions and advisory services.
“The Polish branch of the Alektum Group is rapidly developing, and the comfort of our employees is an important element in our company culture. These factors played a significant role in our decision to relocate our Wrocław office to a building that would provide us with more space and new opportunities. Furthermore, the office building is only 2 km from the Main Railway Station, a 25-minute drive from the international airport. and is within easy reach of the A8 motorway.
