Alfa and Beta with lease agreements for 1,600 sqm – EuropaProperty

The buildings Alfa and Beta, which belong to the Domaniewska Office Park in Warsaw, are becoming increasingly attractive for tenants. The AVALON Foundation signed a new lease agreement in the complex. AFM, a financial services and asset management provider, decided to remain in the Alfa building. Both deals have a total area of ca. 1,200 sqm. Multi Communications, a PR agency, chose the Beta building and leased an office of 400 sqm. Knight Frank, sole agent, acted on behalf of the Deka Immobilienfund, the property owner, in the leasing processes. The AVALON Foundation and Multi Communications were advised by Walter Herz.

The AVALON Foundation joined the ranks of tenants in the ALFA building. Founded in 2006, the organization helps ill and disabled people. Its seat will occupy 800 sqm. AFM Asset & Financial Management, specializing in financial services and asset management for international real estate entities, renewed its lease agreement for more than 300 sqm for the coming years.

A new tenant moved into the Beta building. Multi Communications, a modern PR agency, leased an office of ca. 400 sqm.

The buildings Alfa and Beta form part of Domaniewska Office Park located in 50a/b Domaniewska Street in the district of Mokotow in Warsaw. Each property offers over 8,600 sqm of leasing space. Both buildings have underground car parks with numerous parking lots. A canteen and showroom is located in the Beta building.
