Angelini Pharma Polska extends lease at MLP Pruszków I

Angelini Pharma Polska has once again extended its lease at the MLP Pruszków I logistics centre, owned by MLP Group. The pharmaceutical company has been operating at this site for 21 years, occupying approximately 1,500 sqm of space, including around 100 sqm of office area. This makes Angelini Pharma Polska one of MLP Group’s longest-standing tenants.

MLP Pruszków I offers nearly 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space, serving close to 40 tenants. Over the course of more than 20 years of operation, the park has evolved into a small town with its internal infrastructure. The complex is located on a fenced and 24/7 monitored site. The centre features charging stations for electric and hybrid cars, powered 100 percent by photovoltaic energy. There is also a municipal bike rental station on-site. The park offers significant potential for future development for its clients and a proportionally large number of parking spaces.
