The Polish Council of Shopping Centers (PRCH) awarded CityFit for its high-quality customer service. The award, which was presented during the PRCH Awards Gala, is the second time this year that CityFit has been singled-out and awarded for its excellent standard of customer services.
Richard Keen, the founder and the CEO of CityFit, received the award from an independent panel of experts working with the Polish Council of Shopping Centers: “CityFit’s business model is based on innovative solutions – also in terms of our customer service and relations with our club members. This is a real challenge for a fitness club chain that’s open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week; but it is also one of our top priorities. This award is further proof that we’re on the right track.”
CityFit doesn’t just provide a comfortable workout environment (spacious interiors, high-quality equipment or other innovative solutions such as a fingerprint-based membership system or water fountains which provide club members with free access to filtered drinking water), it also guarantees transparent club membership terms. Members don’t have to sign long-term agreements and the price of their membership will always remain constant throughout its validity.
CityFit fitness clubs don’t have traditional reception desks either. A team of certified personal trainers, fitness instructors and trained gym assistants ensure a friendly atmosphere and keep a watchful eye on club members. Memberships can be managed via an online customer platform that’s available 24/7. This platform handles all registrations, payments, and fitness class reservations and cancellations. Customers are contacted via the Customer Service Department and through social media.
CityFit also implements innovative training solutions such as: IntroFit – introductory classes for beginners, monthly Personal Trainer Days during which club members can sign up for free professional consultations, or Manager Days when customers can make comments and suggestions directly to the club’s management staff.
This award from the Polish Council of Shopping Centers is the second award handed to CityFit this year for its high-quality customer service. The company is also listed amongst the “Customer Service Stars” –a list of select companies chosen by customers as the most customer-friendly, offering the highest standards of customer services on the market.
The CityFit chain currently consists of 11 fitness clubs located in shopping centers, office buildings and city centers. By the end of this year, CityFit will open an additional 3 new clubs.
