Tenants’ interest in The Warsaw HUB continues unabated. Elanco Animal Health, a global animal health company, announced it intends to establish an international Elanco Solutions Center into Ghelamco’s flagship project. The company will occupy 3,700 sqm of modern office space in the skyscraper.
Elanco has chosen The Warsaw HUB to host its international center of excellence for key business capabilities, like finance, human resources and IT services, and in the future audit, tax, treasury, legal, and others. Elanco Solution Center will be located in tower B of The Warsaw HUB complex and will occupy two and a half storeys. The lease agreement between the tenant and the developer, Ghelamco Poland, covers a period of 5 years. Elanco is expected to move to its new international services center in March 2020.
“The Warsaw HUB fulfils our vision of creative, business oriented space which connects and gives an opportunity to build cooperation between different industries. We are glad that the Elanco brand will expand the range of our tenants with a new sector – animal health protection,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Sales and Development Director at Ghelamco Poland.
“We are experiencing exciting times at Elanco, as we are building new capabilities around the globe. For us, Warsaw is a great location to establish and host this strategic global center for key business capabilities. The depth of business services talent in Warsaw, the availability of key language skills, and its strategic location can serve customers and employees not only in Europe, but in the Americas, Middle East and Africa,” says Ahmer Murad, Senior Advisor, Elanco Solutions Center.
The transaction was supported by JLL, a consultancy which is the sole agent responsible for the lease of office and commercial space in The Warsaw HUB. The tenant was supported by consulting company CBRE.
“Elanco is another example of a large international company that will move its headquarters to the new Warsaw office hub, located around Daszyński roundabout. In recent months, one of the largest lease agreements in the history of the Polish office sector has been signed in this part of Warsaw. This confirms the unwavering investment attractiveness of the capital, as well as the very high absorption of the local office market,” says Anna Wysocka, Director in Office Agency, JLL.
“Support for Elanco in opening a new business centre in Warsaw is a very interesting project for us, where several business lines of CBRE have been involved. Of course, the key was to find and choose the right office location, which together with an attractive working environment will be an effective tool for our client in attracting employees,” says Aleksander Hofmann, Associate Director, Office Space Rental Team, CBRE.
