Apleona GVA expanding the team – EuropaProperty

Apleona GVA recently gained another two members of the Investment Team – Dariusz Karaszewski and Artur Czuba.

Dariusz is a talented and meticulous analyst. He gained his great experience in valuation mostly at Colliers International, working for six years in Valuation and Advisory Department. Dariusz has been involved in numerous valuations of diversified properties and coordinated portfolio valuations for e.g. Bosch, Immofinanz and Logicor. At Apleona GVA he is responsible for transaction management, financial modelling and preparation of the reports.
Artur has been working in the investment business for five years and is specialized in corporate finance on the real estate investment market. His last projects at Colliers International focused on financing and refinancing core properties in cooperation with some of the biggest lenders in Europe.

The other members of the Investment Advisory team are Jarosław Piejak and Bartłomiej Krzyżak.

Jarosław has more than six years of experience in the commercial real estate market. In his current role at Apleona GVA, with his strong analytical profile, he provides support on every aspect of the investment process. He previously worked at Colliers International.

Bartlomiej has nine years of professional experience gained at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Savills. For the last seven years, he worked in the Investment Department at Savills, recently as Associate Director. At Apleona GVA he is responsible for seeking new investment opportunities, transaction management, coordinating due diligence and financial analysis.

The whole team is led by Michał Ćwikliński who joined Apleona GVA as Managing Partner and Country Head Poland.
