Arteria Logistics moves to Panattoni Park Warsaw North II

Arteria Logistics, a specialist provider of customized logistics solutions, has leased 7,400 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II. The tenant was advised during its search for a larger warehouse and the negotiation process by experts of Newmark Polska.

Arteria Logistics is a company of the Arteria Group, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Its core business is to provide transport (including delivery and installation of home appliances and electronics), forwarding and warehousing services. Arteria Logistics offers comprehensive contract logistics to clients specializing in retail & e-commerce and food & non-food FMCG.

Panattoni Park Warsaw North II is a BREEAM-certified industrial park located in the northern quarter of the Warsaw Metropolitan Area, close to the Radzymin South junction. Its key strength lies in its location, which allows for seamless logistics. The complex offers modern class A warehouses that can be easily tailored to meet individual requirements.
