Property developer Atenor delivered its office project Dacia One in central Bucharest at the end of December 2021, roughly five months after selling the building to Pavăl Holding, the owner of Romanian DIY retailer Dedeman.
Dacia One will be occupied by ING Tech, Nöerr and ESS. It comprises a listed historic monument of 1,500 sqm and a new building of 13,500 sqm.
At the time of the sale, Atenor said the deal will have a positive net impact on cash of around €50 million.
“Taking into account, on the one hand, this sale and on the other hand additional prices on the sale of buildings in Budapest and Luxembourg following new office leases recently concluded, Atenor confirms its 2021 net income forecasts increase by more than 50 percent compared to 2020,” said the company in a statement.
At present, Atenor is developing in Bucharest office project @Expo with a leasable area of 54,720 sqm and residential complex UP-site.
