Atrium 1, one of Warsaw’s most recognizable office buildings, has been rebranded as Wise Point. Located right next to the ONZ Roundabout, the building has undergone a transformation that includes a full rebranding, interior modernization, and technical system upgrades. These improvements include a refreshed lobby and hallways, as well as the introduction of green spaces around the property. Soon, nearly the entire office space—over 17,000 sqm—will be available for lease. The building is part of the DEKA Immobilien fund portfolio.
The modernization effort will also extend to the building’s technological infrastructure. Built-in 2013 by Skanska Property Poland, the building already features geothermal heating and cooling systems with 200-meter-deep probes, photovoltaic panels, and systems for greywater and rainwater recovery. These eco-friendly solutions save more than 7 million litres of water annually—equivalent to two Olympic-sized swimming pools. The planned upgrade to the BMS (Building Management System) will further optimize building automation and data analysis, helping reduce operating costs and enhance tenant comfort.
Wise Point enjoys a prime location at the ONZ Roundabout, with excellent access to public transportation—just 100 meters from a metro station and well-served by tram and bus lines. The area also offers a wide range of nearby amenities including restaurants, cafés, and bike paths, making it an ideal workplace for dynamic companies.
“The rebranding and extensive upgrade of Wise Point responds to the needs of companies that value efficiency and sustainable development while seeking a prime location and proven solutions,” says Lidia Malec, Associate Director at real estate advisory firm Savills, the exclusive leasing agent for the building. “Investments in modern technology and eco-friendly systems are making Wise Point an even more attractive workplace in central Warsaw. The relaunch of Wise Point aligns with the release of over 17,000 sqm of leasable office space to the market.”
