Atrium 2 office building reaches its maximum height – EuropaProperty

Atrium 2, an office building developed by Skanska Property Poland in the vicinity of ONZ Roundabout in Warsaw, reached its highest construction point. The project’s completion is scheduled on March 2016.

Atrium 2 will comprise 15 floors above ground and four under. The building will provide 125 parking places available for tenants and 20,000 sqm of leasable space. After its completion, Atrium 2 will be one of the greenest projects on the Polish office building market and will apply for LEED Platinum certification. Currently, there are only 10 office buildings with such a certificate in Poland.

The development of Atrium 2 was launched in April 2014. The building’s framework construction is already completed. Currently, a technical facility is being installed on the building’s highest, 15th floor. At the same time, works regarding the project’s elevation are nearing completion. After reaching the raw closed state, the fit-out works will be carried out on the space leased by DLA Piper, the first tenant of Atrium 2.

“What distinguishes Atrium 2 is its location in the strict city center in close proximity to the second metro line station,” said Arkadiusz Rudzki, Leasing & Asset Director at Skanska Property Poland. The building already has its first tenant. In September 2015, a lease agreement on 4,000 sqm was signed by DLA Piper global law firm.
