Avides leases over 16,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Lublin II

Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its investment in Lublin. Avides, a leading European distributor of remarketed goods, has leased over 16,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at Panattoni Park Lublin II.

Panattoni Park Lublin II is a modern class-A warehouse complex comprising three buildings with a total area of approximately 85,000 sqm. The park is situated in the Niemce municipality, directly adjacent to the S19 expressway (Via Carpatia), near the junction where the S12, S17, and S19 routes intersect, offering excellent road connectivity. The investment is BREEAM-certified and provides a range of environmentally friendly features, including green zones at office entrances, electric vehicle charging stations, dusk sensors for outdoor lighting, and water-saving sanitary fittings.
