Aviv Arlon investing in a new retail park project in Požarevac, Serbia – EuropaProperty

Israeli company Aviv Arlon, a developer of retail park projects in Serbia, has confirmed that they will develop their fourth national retail park “Aviv Park”, in the Serbian town Požarevac. Construction works will start in Spring 2017 and the first phase of the development will be completed by the end of 2017.

Aviv Park Požarevac will be developed on a land plot of 6 hectares, located in a new industrial zone positioned behind a Tempo hypermarket.

The first phase of the project will consists of 15.000 sqm of retail space and will offer a similar selection of retailers, as seen in the other three existing Aviv Park projects in Pančevo, Zrenjanin and Belgrade.

Nir Saar, Director of Aviv Arlon in Serbia, stated that they have already signed letters of intent with a hypermarket and with several other international anchor tenants. Soon the company will start with the signing of lease agreements.

Aviv Park projects offer a wide range of international and local brands, as well as a solid offer of entertainment & leisure, including cinemas, restaurants, bars, gyms, children’s playgrounds. Their intensive marketing and entertainment activities, as well as their active participation in the local community, distinguishes them from the majority of other similar projects in Serbia.

After successful investments in the domestic market over the past eight years, Aviv Arlon has confirmed they will continue to develop new projects in Serbia.
