AXI IMMO decided to renew its office leases in Warsaw and Katowice. The leased area in Warsaw has remained unchanged while the Silesian office at Muchowiec Active Park has been enlarged. Both venues have been modified to meet the strictest safety standards and accommodate a hybrid working model.
“The AXI IMMO headquarters is crucial for running and growing our business. This is where most teams are based and where most strategic decisions about the direction of the company are made Our comfortable and well-located office allows us to ensure harmony and a good working culture, and ultimately to create the right environment to achieve our goals. Over the past months, we managed to implement a hybrid working model for our employees, while at the same time keeping the current floor space. The excellent location, high building standard and business environment convinced us to renew the lease we signed 5 years ago. After this period we can say with confidence that this office is the true home of our organisation,” says Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner, AXI IMMO.
“Our Silesian office gives us a high level of visibility in the south of Poland and allows us to stay in regular contact with the local business. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding the scope of our competencies and services. The decision to expand the office in Katowice was a natural consequence of these plans, ensuring the AXI IMMO brand to continue to grow its pool of local experts,” explains Anna Głowacz, Head of Industrial Agency and Head of the Katowice branch.
“At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, offices in Warsaw and Katowice were modernised to ensure the right level of safety for employees, partners, customers and guests. Stations with sanitising liquid have been installed next to every entrance, together with signs reminding about mask-wearing in parts of the building. We also separated working stations with barriers made of plexiglass. To manage the numbers of employees in the office, we introduced an electronic system for desk and conference room bookings. At the same time, the management decided to introduce a hybrid working model. New habits and preferences have not completely disappeared. In fact, we observe that both in Warsaw and Katowice, our employees are keen to visit the office regularly, to stay in regular contact with each other and to be able to discuss and exchange ideas,” adds Joanna Kowalewska, Chief Operating Officer, AXI IMMO.
