He started his career in 1999 at Knight Frank, later working at DTZ Polska and then at Europolis Real Estate Asset Management as Managing Director. He also gained experience at Savills Investment Management, as Head of Investment, and at Immobel Poland where he was Managing Director and also a member of the Immobel SA Executive Committee based in Brussels.
Hofman is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and a graduate of the University of Warsaw, where he obtained a master’s degree at the Institute of International Relations. He has also completed post-graduate studies in property valuation and real estate brokerage.
Commenting on his appointment, P3’s new Managing Director for Poland said: “I am looking forward to taking on the role of Managing Director. It is a big challenge and at the same time an honour to join the company, which I have followed closely in recent years, particular at this time of intensive growth.”
Andrew Stacey, P3’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “We wanted to work with Bartłomiej because of his knowledge and impressive experience in the commercial real estate industry. We believe that he will support the company’s development, enabling it to achieve further record results in Poland. The driving force behind P3 is a professional team and I am convinced that the Polish team led by Bartłomiej will continue to develop the company and strengthen its position.”
