“Warsaw is the leading business location in Central and Eastern Europe. The city’s sound reputation, extensive labor market and attractive office projects continue to attract new international players as well as those which are already established in the capital. An example of this is BASF Polska, which has been developing its business in Warsaw for a number of years now .The company needs state-of-the-art and flexible office space that can be adjusted to its teams’ needs and various working styles. The office also has to be in an area which is well-served by both road and public transport,” says Tomasz Trzósło, Managing Director, JLL Poland.

BASF’s new office will be fully adjusted to the needs of employees. The space planning and arrangement is supported by Origameo – an internal team of consultants from HB Reavis consisting of architects, interior designers and sociologists.
“The quality of West Station has been recognized by a division of the biggest chemical company in the world – a fact that we are very proud of. We are also able to provide our client with professional advisory services based on a thorough diagnosis of workplace transformation. Thanks to questionnaires, workshops conducted with the customer’s employees and observations made in BASF’s office, we were able to determine how the company operates and what can be changed in its new office. BASF’s new office in Warsaw will be more flexible and open. It will also contribute to enhanced communication amongst the company’s employees,” says Stanislav Frnka, CEO, HB Reavis Poland.
