Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. Polish Branch Office, the publishing house PMPG Polskie Media SA and Saginomiya Europe have extended their lease agreements for office space in Batory Office Building II. The building located on Aleje Jerozolimskie – one of the most important communication arteries in Warsaw – has also been chosen by the German logistics company BGM Express Logistik. The signed agreements concern the lease of a total area of almost 2,000 sqm GLA.
Three large companies have extended their office space lease agreements in Batory Office Building II:
- Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. Polish Branch Office (322 sqm GLA), which operates successfully, among others, on the global automotive market,
- PMPG Polskie Media SA (1,209 sqm GLA), which has magazine titles such as “Wprost” and “Do Rzeczy” in its portfolio,
- Saginomiya Europe Sp. z o.o. (264 sqm GLA), which delivers solutions, among others, for the refrigeration, air conditioning and automotive industries.
The German company BGM Express Logistik has chosen Batory Office Building II as the location for its first branch in Warsaw. The company specializes in non-standard logistics solutions, express transport, and courier services. Aside from providing various facilities for its staff, the company places significant emphasis on the strategic location of its office in relation to its business activities.

Its advantages include the direct proximity of two large road junctions: Salomea (1 minute by car) and Opacz (5 minutes), which allow for efficient communication with the city centre (10 minutes) and the Warsaw Southern Bypass, connecting the A2 motorway and expressways: S7 and S8.
